Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Welcome to your Women’s Health Physiotherapy Clinic

  • You deserve to feel safe, listened to, and supported in your body. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, recovering after birth, experiencing bladder or bowel changes, undergoing to recovering from surgery or living with pelvic pain, you are not alone—and help is available.

This clinic is a calm, confidential space where sensitive symptoms are taken seriously and treated with compassion and evidence-based care.

  • A place built on trust and reassurance. Many pelvic health symptoms can feel embarrassing or difficult to talk about. Some people wait years before seeking help, often believing their symptoms are “normal” or something they must simply live with.

They are common—but they are not something you have to put up with.

Every appointment is unhurried and respectful. You will always be in control of your assessment and treatment, with clear explanations and consent at every step.

  • Pelvic health physiotherapy focuses on the muscles, nerves, and connective tissues that support your bladder, bowel, uterus, and pelvic organs. These muscles work as part of your core and are essential for continence, comfort, and confidence in daily life.

Research shows that targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation is the first-line treatment for many bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor conditions.

  • "Meeting Sara was a great experience, she is very easy to open up to, full of knowledge and demonstrated how passionate she is about this area of work in helping women to recover and live their best life. Sara is very comfortable to be with and respectful. Have had a detailed follow up email with so much information and exercises to be cracking on with!".

  • "I had such a great ‘Mummy MOT’ experience with Sara. The assessment was comprehensive but also felt very personalized, centered around my own goals and concerns. Sara is not only extremely knowledgeable but a fantastic communicator, and I came away feeling empowered with the knowledge I needed rather than overwhelmed. Above all she made me feel very comfortable from the start, calm and reassured throughout, not easy as I was with my 9 month old crawler! But Sara did a fantastic job of entertaining her and reassuring me that she was okay. I’m now feeling confident and excited about my return to exercise post baby, with some achievable steps to follow to help support my pelvic floor in this process. Thank you".

  • "Sara is so attentive and passionate. She made me feel so safe and took such a holistic approach to my healing. There were so many things she provided education and techniques for - some more personal things which are working on, and I truly believe her assessment and guidance was the missing piece for me to be able to run pain free without suffering horrible pain around my C section scar. It even gave me to confidence to go back to playing football (pain free) for a whole 60 minutes, which I honestly thought I'd have to wait another 6 months and do endless rehab to achieve.".
